Although we specialize in building custom homes, we also welcome inquiries on remodling jobs and additions, as we are experts in any construction job; big or small. Our commitment to quality is evident in every job we complete. We have built custom homes in the following counties: Prince Edward, Buckingham, Cumberland, Amelia, Powhatan, Goochland, and Chesterfield. There are beautiful, Yoder-built homes all over Southside and Central Virginia!
J.D. Yoder & Sons Construction is not a production builder. We are a company dedicated to building quality homes that are attractive and that are a blend of traditional and transitional styles. Each home that we build has my personal attention, as well as personal attention from my son, Brandon, and our crew as we do as much of the "hands-on" construction as possible.
